History of Yoga at Tiffany’s
Nine Years Ago, Tiffany Porté had a vision to bring Hot Yoga to Oklahoma City. Tiffany’s quest to benefit her OKC community would start as a one-woman-show and quickly evolve into the high-standing studio Yoga at Tiffany’s is today. YAT’s state-of-the-art space was inspired by Yoga studios near and far. From our Fresh Air system to the anti-microbial padded studio floor, every inch of Tiffany’s is designed with purpose. Our advanced Fresh-Air-Heating System maintains precisely-set heat and humidity levels, ensuring ultimate detox every time. This sophisticated system pumps Carbon Dioxide out of the space and filters in fresh air by reverse osmosis, before filling the lungs of every yogi with optimum oxygen.
Yoga at Tiffany’s cherishes all bodies and believes in the beauty of inclusivity, with a multitude of classes and two studio spaces, every body is welcomed! The Zen Studio’s mirrorless walls, hard wood floors and soft lighting encourages students to deepen into postures and find stillness and release, creating an internal focus from within. The Hot Studio’s mirrored walls, padded anti-microbial floors, and soft-lighting system creates an energetic environment for optimal strength, endurance, alignment and detoxification. Each space is cleaned top-to-bottom after every class, every time.
