Join Sarah Gage, Certified Baptiste Vinyasa Instructor, and transform your life, with Baron Baptiste’s Book: 40 Days To Personal Revolution!

Sarah will lead a weekly meeting, including mediation, heated yoga practice and group discussion. This program will help you to cultivate your yoga practice, begin or deepen your meditation, cleanse your body through a suggested eating plan, and support your shift from limiting beliefs to empowering possibilities.

First meeting January 23rd, 6:15-7:45pm
Weekly meetings Wednesdays at 6:15pm-7:45pm

Last Practice and Celebration March 3rd, 2019 2-4pm

YAT Member: $110 + recommended reading
Non-Member: $250 (includes 40 days of unlimited yoga) + recommended reading

Retreat with CJ and Adi

This weekend-long retreat will take course from Friday evening through Sunday morning in four parts. Healthy, plant-based food prepared by Adi McCasland of Run Yoga Eat, as well as information cards and recipes, will be included. The weekend is all about rejuvenation and clarity through a yoga retreat close to home. This retreat of yoga, nutrition, and meditation will allow you to disconnect from the world and refocus mentally, physically, and spiritually. These classes will re-energize you so you can approach your week renewed from the inside out.
