This weekend-long retreat will take course from Friday evening through Sunday morning in four parts. Healthy, plant-based food prepared by Adi McCasland of Run Yoga Eat, as well as information cards and recipes, will be included. The weekend is all about rejuvenation and clarity through a yoga retreat close to home.
