History of Yoga at Tiffany’s

Nine years ago, after practicing and studying yoga in California, our founder Tiffany felt called to cultivate a yoga community in Oklahoma City. What started out as a one-woman show has turned into a long standing, highly respected studio, where yogis from near and far come to practice. In order to literally filter out the old and invite what is fresh and new, Tiffany installed the Fresh Air System. This advanced heating system, maintains heat and humidity levels while cycling out carbon dioxide and pumping in freshly oxygenated Oklahoma air, filtered through reverse osmosis. Offering an experience for every body, Tiffany’s now has two spaces; the Hot Studio and the Zen Studio. The Hot Studio has anti-microbial, padded floors to protect knees and backs as well as mirrors for alignment; all hot classes occur in this studio, building strength and endurance, detoxifying, and improving stamina. The Zen studio encourages an internal focus; with no mirrors and soft lighting, the student can deepen into postures and find stillness and release. Throughout the years, Tiffany’s has offered a multitude of workshops involving all aspects and styles of yoga including Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, and Iyengar. We are now proud to have the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Oklahoma City Ballet as members of our yoga community. Yoga at Tiffany’s invites a diverse group of practitioners to the mat and offers healing and light-heartedness in Yoga, giving people the tools to integrate these practices in daily life off of the mat.
